Laura Schroeder

Laura Schroeder is an experienced HCM solution strategist who has led product strategy and marketing teams for leading organizations like PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle and Basware.  She holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Practices from Cornell University and another in Design Thinking from MIT.  Her articles and interviews on HCM topics have been published in the US, Europe and Asia.  She regularly contributes to popular HR blogs such as Compensation Cafe, Hacking HR, and Let’s Grow Leaders, and also writes a popular HR and talent management blog Working Girl.  In 2018 she co-founded Red Rocks, an investment firm dedicated to creating positive social and environmental impact.
